IRNA � President Hassan Rouhani issued a decree on Monday putting all governor generals and local officials on full alert in dealing with devastating flood-hit Mazandaran province leaving huge finical losses and fatalities.

President urged local officials in different provinces to take timely and proper action to deal with consequences of the massive floods.

Devastating flood hit Mazandaran province but it is expected many other provinces to be affected by the massive torrential rains this week.
