Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Kahtibzadeh on Tuesday condemned terrorist attack on Kabul University which left 40 killed and wounded.

In a tweet late on Tuesday, he added that the black minds and tainted hands of terrorists are targeting the innocent people, the future of Afghanistan and the clean souls of this land's children.

In this all-out fight against terrorism and extremism, Iran stands by the people and government of Afghanistan, Khatibzadeh said.
