The Iranian foreign minister, in a phone conversation with the European Unions top diplomat Josep Borrell, said the West should encourage Ukraine to present substantiated proof over the transfer of Iran-made drones to Russia for use in the Ukraine war.
Hossein Amirabdollahian was referring to some Western media and officials claims that Russia is using Iranian drone against Ukraine, causing fatalities and damage.
