The Iran Project : Researchers at an Iranian knowledge-based company have managed to produce disposable electrodes used in electrocardiograph devices.
According to The Iran Project,Researchers at an Iranian knowledge-based company named "Adak's Vira Fan Gostar Company" based at the Pardis Technology Park have produced disposable electrodes that are equipment for electrocardiography devices that monitor the condition of the heart and muscles. These electrodes are used to connect the wire of the heart monitor device to the patient's chest in order to show the heart beating signals.
Amir Hossein Arien Nia, managing director of the company "In collaboration with a team of specialists over the past year at Pardis Technology Park's growth center, we started our activity for the production of electrocardiography disposable electrodes and after 6 months we managed to domestically produce the product."
The Adak managing director further said that 8 other companies inside the country are producing the electrodes while noting that their products are offered at a higher quality than the domestic products.
