Iranian Ney virtuoso Jamshid Andalibi dies at age of 66
His close friends confirmed his death to Mehr's correspondent on Tuesday.
The Ney is a wind instrument played for 4,500–5,000 years, making it one of the oldest musical instruments still in use.
