TEHRAN (FNA)- Four Egyptian soldiers were injured by an explosion in the Sinai peninsula, security officials said. The soldiers were traveling in an armored vehicle on the el-Arish - Rafah road when a roadside bomb exploded on Saturday, Ma'an reported. Two of the soldiers were critically wounded and were transferred to a military hospital in el-Arish. Egyptian military forces raided several militant strongholds in the Northern Sinai peninsula on Saturday. At least 15 suspected militants were detained in the operation.
