TEHRAN, Dec. 17 (MNA) � Iran�s senior nuclear negotiator has said Catherine Ashton ensured that the US remains committed to agreements.
Mehr News reported that Abbas Araghchi had met Catherine Ashton, the EU foreign policy chief today morning.

�We conveyed our positions to Mrs. Ashton, and believed that if the negotiations are supposed to continue, the other side should eschew excessive demands and other misconceptions,� he added, emphasizing that both sides should remain committed to the draft of agreements.

�Both sides should avoid provocative actions. Mrs. Ashton emphasized that the deal implementation was the base for good will in negotiations, and that Powers� negotiating team act accordingly,� Araghchi said.

�Mrs. Ashton ensured that the US would remain committed to agreements and we decided on resuming the negotiations,� he added.
