NBA’s Arsalan Kazemi to play for Iran basketball team

Nasim– Mehmed Be?irovi?, head coach of Iran’s basketball team, said Arsalan Kazemi would most probably play the team in the West Asian Basketball League.
An NBA player, Kazemi is currently in Iran and plays for Petroshimi Bandar Emam and will play in the national games with Iran’s team, said Be?irovi? in an interview with Nasim upon his return to Iran.
Arsalan Kazemi Naeini is an Iranian professional basketball player.
He played his college basketball for the Oregon Ducks and the Rice Owls basketball teams.
He was the 54th overall pick in the 2013 NBA Draft by the Washington Wizards, becoming the first Iranian to be drafted into the league. Soon afterwards, Kazemi was traded to the Philadelphia 76ers.
