TEHRAN, March 11 (Xinhua) -- Iran will follow up the case of two Iranians who reportedly were on missing Malaysian flight with fake passports, Iranian spokeswoman said here on Tuesday.
"We have also heard about two Iranians on missing Malaysian flight and we are following up the issue," Marzieh Afkham said in her weekly press briefing.
"We have announced our readiness to cooperate (with relevant officials) through our embassy in Malaysia," she added.
Malaysian police said Tuesday that one of two men who boarded the missing Malaysian flight three days ago with stolen passports was a 19-year-old Iranian who was seeking to immigrate to Germany, and he is not likely to be a member of terrorist organization.
