Tehran, April 20, IRNA � First Vice-President Eshaq Jahangiri, in a message, felicitated Manuel Valls on his appointment as France?s new Prime Minister.
According to the presidential office, the message referred to historical commonalities shared by the two nations, hoping that bilateral ties would further boost in all areas based on mutual respect and national interests.
