Anti-Iran sanctions, internationally, legally wrong: Rouhani

Anti-Iran sanctions, internationally, legally wrong: Rouhani
Shanghai, May 22, IRNA Iran?s President Hassan Rouhani here on Thursday noted that imposing sanctions on Iran was wrong both internationally and legally.
?Iranian nation seeks constructive interaction with the world and well understands the language of logic,? said President Rouhani while attending a press conference in Shanghai.

?We expect the world to respect the international rules and act within the framework of human rights standards,? he said. It is also expected that problems be resolved through regulations and logical dialogue, the President added.

Pointing to the existing disputes between Russia and US and its impacts on Iran-5+1 nuclear negotiations, he reiterated that such issues have no impact on the ongoing nuclear talks.

?We are in no hurry, neither in negotiations nor in reaching the final agreement. However, we believe that reaching a conclusion would benefit both sides, the President emphasized.

President Rouhani arrived in Shanghai on Tuesday to attend the 4th Summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia.
