TEHRAN, Dec. 30 (MNA) � The head of Tehran Provincial Penal Court has said Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has been sued for exploiting a plan during his term.

Judge Mohsen Eftekhari told Mehr News that the secretary-general of Iran�s Teachers� Solidarity Center had filed a lawsuit against former president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on the charges of abusing the Teachers� Association Plan (drafted and prepared by the Center); �the file has been delivered to the court; however, no judge has heard the case yet,� he added.


�According to the law, any lawsuits against president is directly referred to court and is heard by the court after the necessary investigations,� said Eftekhari.
