Phase 12 in south eastern block of South Pars Gas Field[/caption]TEHRAN March 19(Shana)--Phase 19 of the massive South Pars gas field is 85.5% complete, the official in charge of the development project said.
Hamid-Reza Masoudi said well drilling at Phase 19 of the offshore field, shared by Iran and Qatar, is 90% complete, adding that the drilling is forecast to be over in a month.
The refinery, offshore platforms and pipelines for this phase are on average 80% complete.
Phase 9 is being operated by an Iranian consortium comprising Petropars and Iranian Offshore Engineering and Construction Company (IOEC).
This phase targets production of 50 mcm/d of sweet gas, 75,000 b/d of gas condensate, 400 tons a day of sulfur, 1.05 million tons a year of liquefied gas and 1 million tons a year of ethane.
