MNA � Only Iran and Russia are officially invited to Syria by the country�s government, Russian UN Ambassador Vasily Nebenzya told a Saudi newspaper.



�We are present in Syria due to the official invitation of its government to encounter terrorist threats. Iran also has a legal presence, there. All the other present countries in Syria are not invited and have to leave the country,� he said.

He added that Russia will depart from Syria when the country�s government asks for it.
