Tehran, January 13, The Iran Project Head of the faculty of entrepreneurship says according to the figures released by the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM), Irans status in entrepreneurship indexes has been improved compared to last year, noting that Iran ranks fifth among the 60 countries participating in GEMs survey.
Mohammad Reza Zali, Irans head of the University of Tehran Faculty ofEntrepreneurship noted the survey plan of GEM with participating 60 countries this year, saying that Irans status in most of the indexes has improved compared to the previous years.
Referring to the entrepreneurship intention index, Zali stated that Irans index has grown from 35% in 2014 (the Persian year of 1393) to 38% in 2015 (the Persian year of 1394).
Irans rate in perceived entrepreneurship opportunities has increased by 13% in current year, he underlined, adding that Iran ranks fifth among 60 countries participating in the GEMs survey in index of the countrys entrepreneurs status.
The Global Entrepreneurship Monitor is the world's foremost study of entrepreneurship.
